At Super Taters, you won't find fast food or hastily made meals; instead, you’ll enjoy something truly special, individualized, "BIG Menu Energy" food handcrafted and created with care.

My Story
Jerry J. Bobb is a visionary innovator, writer, entrepreneur, author, and the founder of Super Taters (& More), a proudly independent and uniquely original restaurant based in Scott, Louisiana opened on April 1st 2014. Super Taters is known for its handcrafted, gourmet stuffed baked potatoes, along with smash burgers, wraps, salads, and soups—all made with a homemade level of quality, creativity, care, and consistency. Bobb has been featured in Forbes, MSN.com, Yahoo Finance, and Business Insider, and was honored as a “Culinary Game Changer” by Food & Beverage Magazine in 2025.
